2009 Business Leader of the Year and Citizen of the Year Congratulations to: The Tim Caldwell Business Leader of the Year winner is Bill & Beth Juran, owners of Marketech Int'l and J&S Fabrication located in Glen Cove. The Citizen of the Year winner is Helen Kullman, manager of the Port Townsend foodbank. Congratulations to all the nominees.
